Refund policy

Free returns within 14 days

If something isn't right, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.

How to return

Sign in to your account at wearsolavi.com, open the order and tap Return items. Choose the items and the reason, and we’ll arrange a free pickup. If you checked out as a guest, sign in with the same email you ordered with. You can also email us at hello@wearsolavi.com if you need help.

Your refund

Once we receive and check the item, we refund it to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, you choose either a bank transfer or store credit. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Start a return the same way and write what you'd like in the note, for example "Exchange for size M". We'll collect the item for free and send the new piece once it's checked. Exchanges depend on stock; if your choice is sold out, we refund you instead.

Not returnable

Gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed or altered, or that arrive without their tags.
