Delivery Locations
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed before 3:30 PM

  • Same-day delivery (Dubai only) for orders placed before 1:00 PM, subject to confirmation

  • No deliveries on Sundays

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. SOLAVI is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
