Start a return
Free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on.
- Log in with your email. We'll send you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.
- Open your order and tap Return items. Choose the items and the reason.
- Want a different size or colour instead of a refund? Write it in the note, for example "Exchange for size M".
- We'll arrange a free pickup from your address, and send the new piece once it's checked.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders get a bank transfer or store credit, your choice. Exchanges depend on stock; if your size is sold out, we refund you instead. Gift cards can't be returned.
